All prerequisite coursework may be completed online through an accredited institution. AP and IB credit will be accepted if it is itemized on verified PharmCAS transcripts; otherwise, official score reports must be sent directly to CU Pharmacy.

All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better (C- grades are not accepted). Applicants seeking review of non-standard coursework, coursework completed more than 10 years ago for calculus or science prerequisites, or other prerequisite exceptions may submit a Prerequisite Waiver with supporting documentation, such as a course description or syllabus.
